ZMP Robotic Startup in Japan’s got its approval to list itself up for floatation in Tokyo stock exchange with its worth estimated to be approximately 82 million USD, where it is seeking more funds to speed up their autonomous driving technology development.
Company plans to sell its 3.5 million new and 6.6 million current shares in Initial Public Offering (Tokyo Stock Exchange) , these figures are from Japan Finance Ministry Regulatory files. Company will sell about 8.8 billion Yen (82 $ million) of stock, with an approximately calculated price of 760 Yen per share. They plan to start Trading from 19 December on Tokyo Stock Exchange.
ZMP Products products come with car automation kits such as robot car and on board computer for self driving cars. Current Products such as Carri-Ro is robot for use in logistic operations in warehouse, Image processing software that use mounted Robo Vision camera system on cars.
Self Driving technology projects and ideas had made its mark in Global market futuristic needs companies like Tesla, G.M (General Motors) and Google Alphabet are already working in this field.
